Warranty and Return Policy
At Cold Turkey, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Our warranty and return policies are designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Returns
We do not accept returns. However, we offer a 30-day exchange warranty for manufacturers' defects. Please see the warranty section for more details.
Warranty
- Hardware/Kits: We offer exchanges for a 30-day period (from delivery date) for manufacturers' defects on all hardware/kits.
- Disposables: Defective disposables are eligible for a 48-hour exchange (from delivery date). Each case is reviewed individually, and exceptions may apply based on the issue.
Exclusions
The following items are not covered under our warranty policy:
- Coils (with some exceptions)
- Wire
- Drip Tips
- Tool Kits
- E-Liquid (with some exceptions)
Common Issues
Our warranty covers common issues such as:
- Firing button malfunctions
- Auto-firing on draw-activated devices
- Screen/display issues
- Battery charging problems
Important Notes
- Please retain all packaging during the warranty period. Serial numbers (usually found on the box, or on the excise stamp) are required to process your claim.
- Some form of proof of purchase is required for the warranty process, whether it be an order confirmation, receipt, or the ability to locate the transaction on your associated Cold Turkey account.
- Items that have been tampered with, physically damaged, or hindered by user error may not be subject to replacement.
- Online order customers who are not able to physically return the product will be required to provide photos and videos of the product defect, as well as a picture of the packaging including the serial number and/or excise tax stamp number.
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We will ship the replacement at our expense.
- If you receive a product dead on arrival, we will pay for the return shipping.
- You may be offered credit in the form of loyalty points, or a refund for the item affected based on cost of replacement and shipping.
