Delivery Options

At Cold Turkey, we're pleased to ship our vape products to every province and territory in Canada. We offer FREE Canada Post Expedited Delivery for all orders over $50. Orders between $25-$50 have a $10 delivery fee and orders under $25 have a $20 delivery fee.

Within Winnipeg, orders placed before 5:00 p.m. local time are delivered the same day by our in-house delivery service. Local deliveries are made between 3:00-9:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and between 4:00-9:00 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.

Important Disclaimer: Please be advised that customers located in Central Winnipeg may experience an advantage in our delivery scheduling. Due to our centralized routing system, orders destined for central locations are more likely to be delivered earlier in the day. Conversely, we kindly ask our valued customers in the surrounding areas of Winnipeg to expect their deliveries to be completed after 5 PM.

Regarding Delayed Or Lost Packages

Packages from Cold Turkey Vape Shop may be delayed for a Fraud Analysis procedure. If this happens, we will contact you directly for ID verification. Unfortunately, package delivery delays caused by shipping couriers are out of our hands. Once a package has been picked up by Canada Post, a package number is created/issued and our team is no longer in control. In the event that a package does not arrive when expected, please wait for the next business day to receive tracking updates.

If you believe a package from Cold Turkey has been lost, we will need to file a claim with Canada Post to verify its location. In the event that the original package is deemed lost, we will ship another package out to you or process a refund.

Our Policy On Refunds

Cold Turkey Vape Shop does not offer refunds but we will offer store credit or exchanges for defective products, as long as the customer can provide sufficient proof of deficiency. For online orders shipped outside of Winnipeg, we may require photos, videos, and/or the product to be shipped back along with the original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, but we will cover the cost of replacement shipping. If a product is dead on arrival, we will also cover return shipping expenses.

Within Winnipeg, we offer a 72-hour window for warranty on disposable vapes and a 30-day window for starter kits/devices. If we are out of stock on a product you have ordered, we will get in touch with you to offer a replacement or provide a refund. Once a package has been shipped, it falls under our warranty policy.
