Regarding Delayed Or Lost Packages

Packages from Cold Turkey Vape Shop may be delayed for a Fraud Analysis procedure. If this happens, we will contact you directly for ID Verification. Once a package has been picked up by the courier, a package number is created/issued and our team is no longer in possession of the order then any further delays will need to be explained by the courier. In the event that a package does not arrive when expected, please wait for the next business day to receive tracking updates.

Our Policy On Refunds
